      Missing text field in editor
Text editor is greyed out and button icons do not wrap

Some of our users are unable to use the Wiki editor in Chrome. They see a grey box instead of the white text-box field. I checked in Firefox and it seems to work fine. Is this a browser compatibility issue?

This only occurs for editing interfaces that include the smilie box, and the cause is related to the issue: https://www.vaultwiki.org/issues/2550/#note13285

Applying the same fix should correct the issue.
