Wiki post report title does not list assigned moderator

Please include the moderator name in the title so that the moderator knows he needs to check that report.

Instead, in VaultWiki 4, it would be better to send all relevant moderators pings about reported articles or edits. This avoids the problem where a wiki has multiple moderators and the report is only addressed to a particular one.

This was originally reported for 3.0.15.

As mentioned in my post above, this is irrelevant in VW4. Moderators get alerts when they can moderate something new.
