When previewing an edit, user receives internal server error

Running the latest version of VB and Vault. Running wiki on subdomain. When user attempts to preview their edits to an article, they receive an internal server error (500).

This can be tested by editing any article on our website - http://wiki.badgerandblade.com/Shave_stick?do=edit

Okay, since you're running the wiki on a sub-domain, you need to follow slightly different install instructions. Upload the contents of VaultWiki's do_not_upload folder to your sub-domain's root directory. Adjust the path in vw_config.php to point to the correct location. If you continue to experience problems, I will need access to the forum/file system to fix.

Our download doesn't include a do_not_upload folder (3.1.5). Uploaded the new version of showwiki_proxy.php from 3.1.4 and that seemed to fix the problem, so far as I can tell.
