vB_Text_Editor is not defined

Fire bug shows this error:

vB_Text_Editor is not defined
[Abort on this error] this.is_cke = (typeof vB_Text_Editor.prototype.autosave == 'function');
/forum/clientscript/vault/quickedit.js?v=3014

Replace with:

	this.is_cke = (typeof vB_Text_Editor != 'undefined' && typeof vB_Text_Editor.prototype.autosave == 'function');
