tabs not loading

when editing a page then click on either page or history tab.. tab does not load

When editing a page for example http://localhost/forums/showwiki.php...inskiy&do=edit
i decided to take a quick glare at the history by clicking the history tab.
it keeps saying: Loading Selected Tab - Please Wait

so i tried clicking the Article tab.. same message: Loading Selected Tab - Please Wait

if i change the url to &do=history, the history loads normally, but from there clicking on the page tab: Loading Selected Tab - Please Wait

tested it in IE 9 64bit, FireFox 6.02 and RockMelt
All the same issue

The tabs will not be able to function if the HTML document is invalid (if the page output started before the HTML tag was sent). Also, the response sent by the AJAX tab will be invalid if there are errors with your site's AJAX processing or your server's XML data handling.

after fixing the fetchtemplate warning that dislayed about the HTML tag, it worked again.
