new namespace is not showing on special page before login

My forums are all private forums, so users need to login to view threads.
I added two new namespaces, but I cannot see these two namespaces displaying on special page, like vaultwiki demo. I tried to set wiki forum viewable to unregistered users, but I still cannot see that two new namespaces.

By the way, I can see that two namespaces on special page after Login.

Make sure that the Display Order is not 0. Also make sure that "Show Private Forum" in the Forum Manager is set appropriately for what you want.

Display order is 10, and I set "show private forum" to "yes".
I also set wiki's forum permission and allows public access.
But new namespace is still not showing on special page before user login .

You set the wiki's forum permissions to allow access, do you mean a forum called "Wiki" that the namespaces are inside?
If so, you may also need to set the forum permissions for each namespace forum under it.

Only thing I can think of then is that your permissions cache didn't update when you modified them for guest users. Go to Maintenance Tools > Update Counters > Rebuild Forum Information.

I rebuilt forum permission, no change.

I uninstalled lite version before I installed premium.
Lite version is working well for this issue. Unfortunately premium version is not working.

The permission "Can view others' threads" is set to No. For a guest user, all threads are posted by someone else. If they can't see any threads, we just hide the forum.
