Additionally, we should consider making one of these the default selection in the cart, due to the protections they provide sellers against fraud.

This will be possible using the rebuilt cart for our XenForo 2 migration with VaultWiki 4.2 Alpha. So the only thing holding this back now is the migration to XenForo 2.
