      History does not work since 3.0.12 upgrade
      History does not work since 3.0.12 upgrade

      Since upgrading to 3.0.12, any edits cause no revision information to be logged when an article is edited. The updated article is saved properly but no new revision information shows up.

      Is there any place I can look for logging information to possibly isolate the cause?

      I have upgraded this to Priority 1 as it results in data loss (revisions not being saved). In vault/tab/edit.php, find:
      Code:
      		$revision->set('username', $vbulletin->GPC['username']);
      Replace with:
      Code:
      		if ($vbulletin->GPC['username'])
      		{
      			$revision->set('username', $vbulletin->GPC['username']);
      		}
      		else
      		{
      			$revision->do_set('username', $vbulletin->userinfo['username']);
      		}
      Fixed in build 003, but I'll probably need to make a full point increase so that everyone else knows they need to update.

      There's a lot of other changes too, for inline moderation, rollbacks, and such, but this should get you back in business.
