      I have two active licenses but one does not have a download link I see. Help please?

      Fixed.

      We are actually phasing out support for VaultWiki Standard with VaultWiki 4. This was mentioned in an announcement last year, but to continue to get updates for a VaultWiki Standard license under version 4, you'll need to convert it to a Premium license.
