Unable to post new wiki image

It gives a fatal error

This only occurs in vBulletin 4.1.3+ when posting a new article to the image namespace. It has already been fixed for 3.0.12, but an issue wasn't created so using this to mark as fixed.

But the Wiki namespace was mapped to the Default namespace function, so why is it showing this error?

Your edit and reply buttons are giving me a fatal error too. I am not trying to post an image, I'm trying to post an article.

I would expect many issues on your site since you're using vBulletin 4.1.4 and VaultWiki 3.0.11 isn't compatible since it came out before 4.1.4.

You said you were getting it using my edit and reply buttons. So I was asking for a link to somewhere on our site where those buttons threw the error.

Oh, right. I mean when I click on the Reply or Edit buttons here, on this page. I get
