Patch Option is Confusing

The patch option when downloading VaultWiki isn't very descriptive, doesn't call itself a patch, and is easily overlooked. It can also easily be misunderstood to mean "yes, I want all the newest files, duh".

Updated on the current site. Changed to a radio button with options:

Download the FULL package
Download a patch, containing files changed since...
