Image link= doesn't work

The image-link variation where one of the parameters uses link=Article doesn't work. Additionally, the check for surrounding links throws errors when on a page that doesn't have the BB-Code cache -- I can't figure out a situation, unless the cache is corrupt.

Fixed for the next build.
