Thumbnail Creation = No, Breaks IMAGE Thumb variation

When Settings > Options > Message Attachment Options > Thumbnail Creation = No, wiki IMAGE tags with thumb or thumbnail set display a broken image. Instead, the non-thumb version should be used, with a width parameter of equal to or less than the wiki thumbnail max dimensions.

Fixed for the next build.
