Issue: Download-section in members area is confusing

Hi,

I'm confused by the download-section in the members area.
First point: Version 3.0.12 is only under "Additional Options". But how can this be, when it's the latest Version? I think there should be 3.0.11 Build 002 as the last Version to get "the changed files since" for the update to 3.0.12, but it isn't there. Where do I make a thinking-mistake?
Second point: I downloaded on March the first the changed files "since 3.0.11 Build 001" for the update to 3.0.11 Build 002. When I now download the package again, I get different files (more) in the package even when it's called the same name "ces_nwsp_spec_3-0-11_patch_02-28-2011". So what does this mean?
An explanation would be very welcome.
