Does this also explain why you have not been receiving email? Is that fixed as well?

It was I who alerted Alfa to this problem. I was not receiving any answers to my emails to support@vaultwiki.org
So I tried to contact you via this forum. But a reset password request, as well as a new registration, did not work. I had been in contact with Alfa, so I asked him if he had an alternate contact. And he was nice enough to generate this bug report. After the fix and finally receiving the password/registration info, I left my question in the pre-sales forum.
But I am still uncertain as to whether my emails were received or not, or if support@vaultwiki.org is still the valid contact. Do I need to send another email?
Since fixing the server earlier today the queue of undelivered mail was finally delivered. We have about 200 emails that were affected by this issue so please be patient as we go through them.
It's a small world "neighbor" - I was migrating my site over to WiredTree around the 19-20th and got caught up in the down time and aftermath over there as well. I'll have to compare notes with you when we both get a little more time.
