Issue: Infinite Redirect for Guest Users

When a guest user visits a redirect, it force reloads the page, rather than resolving the redirect on the current page. This can be problematic if the redirect target is another redirect, or the same as the current page. It's possible to create an infinite redirect loop (until one of the redirects becomes cached by a non-guest user).

Fixed for the next build. Although not ideal, the forced redirect target URL will now have 'redirect=no' appended to it.
