Category Symbol Sections

Categories will have separate headings for articles starting with different symbols !?$%^& etc rather than putting symbol articles under one heading. Similarly, articles starting with a numeral 0-9 with be sorted into separate headings for each numeral rather than 1 heading for them all.

Fixed for the next build.
