Comment DM

Need to rewrite the post DM as a comment DM so that comments can be stored separately from the post table. Also, we should write a discussion DM, where the comments are linked to discussions, which in turn are linked to pages. In this way we can have 3-dimensional conversations about wiki pages.

Implemented in 4.0.0.
