      Server Crash on view forum
Fresh, clean installation on Apache server

      Environment:

      1. Apache server running vbulletin 4.1.1 and email, no other programs or processing running
      2. Fresh, clean Vaultwiki installation completed for vbulletin forum
      3. Create and set up new, empty forum for use with vaultwiki

Behavior: If someone views the 'vaultwiki forum' with Firefox, the server immediately crashes.
Limited testing has shown that 'Google Chrome' browser doesn't result in a server crash.

      Installed Plugins:

Since this causes a crash every time, I'm standing by for instructions from my tech manager on how to reboot the server. I'll need to be prepared to reboot it myself during any troubleshooting.

Does the server fully crash - after viewing a VaultWiki forum in Firefox, are you unable to access any vBulletin page on your site? Or is the browser simply reporting a Server 500 or Server Configuration Error?

It brought down the Apache server entirely, requiring server reboot.
Does Vaultwiki require any special modules that aren't on the official list of requirements?

VaultWiki Lite doesn't require anything that vBulletin doesn't already require. VaultWiki Premium requires PHP compiled with mbstring if you want to use full UTF-8 capability.

Did the VaultWiki forum contain any sub-forums or any threads at all? Please be as specific as possible as to the contents of the forum.
