NOEDIT Invades Converted BB-Code

After running the conversion tool for Legacy Wiki Syntax to BB-Code, the converted BB-Codes are surrounded with NOEDIT tags. This doesn't affect the functionality of the articles, but adds a lot of unsightly clutter to the source.

Fixed for the next build.
