ToC keeps going missing

In many articles the ToC is missing. When I edit an article, it appears again. But then after a while its gone again, while there has been no edit. How is this possible?

In some cases the ToC was not being saved to the cache, or the cache loader was not interpreting the ToC criteria correctly. So basically some articles will exhibit this behavior if they are served from the cache. I believe that this has already been fixed for 3.0.10 when we fixed this issue: http://www.vaultwiki.org/issues/2189/
