Images don't show up after initial uploading

images don't show up until after an article edit has been previewed or posted

When trying to upload an image to a wiki article in the WYSIWYG editing mode, image don't appear at first. They appear after previewing or saving changes to the article.

My apologies, forgot to include a file in the ZIP. Download/upload 3.0.9 again, and run the upgrade script again.
