Manage Attatchments in 4-0-8 CMS gives Vault-related error message

Attempting to upload an image throught vB's standard Manage Attachment feature [CMS] not working

Pegasus,

hoping you can help me out here:

When I try to upload an image to an Article [CMS-vB 4-0-8] I receive the following message:

Fatal error: require_once() [function.require]: Failed opening required '/home/gblcg.com/public_html/vault/plugins/newattachment.php' (include_path='.:/usr/share/php') in /home/gblcg.com/public_html/newattachment.php(115) : eval()'d code on line 1

Could you please advice how to solve this issue?

You do have access to the file in the download. Make sure when you download you are downloading changes since the version you had before 3.0.8. If you download changes since 3.0.8 I think this only gives you the install folder.
