Forum Link Reset After Forum Save

Saving a forum in the AdminCP erases the link.

The Forum Link option in the Forum Manager is blank even if a Forum Link was set. If this is overlooked and the forum saved, the blank value will now be saved and the old Forum Link will be gone.

This is a conflict in the code that suppresses the forum link to avoid unwanted redirects and to allow certain stats to be generated. Fixed by removing the suppression when editing an existing forum via the Forum Manager.
