Issue: Email Notifications of new edits have incorrect text and broken link

That particular message was sent for a new comment. Checking the thread in question reveals that you did in fact make a new comment to that article. So the message you received was actually correct.

True, we tested that first. And that caused an email notification. But after that we tested it with an edit. The edit caused the exact same email notification.

"There may also be other changes or replies, but you will not receive any more notifications until you visit the forum again."

I just test edited a subscribed page and got the correct edit notification. It's possible that your server just accidentally sent out two copies of the same email. I have gotten duplicate notifications from sites like vbulletin.org in the past. Since vBulletin's behavior is only to send notifications for the same page the FIRST time a change is made, if you made the comment first, you might not have ever received an edit notification - once you visit the forum again, this counter is reset.

By any chance, was the user who didn't receive the correct notification used as the forum setting "Email Addresses to Notify When there is a New Post" for the wiki forum? Or was the user defined as a moderator for that forum? I have an inkling that edit notifications aren't being sent to these users.
