      Books are empty.

Im posting this here, because im not sure if its a bug: After import from NuWiki, the Books have been generated as new Books in the Book namespace. My books are empty, but when I look at the articles that should be in there, then I see that they are attributed to the correct books.

Do I need to do something to correct this?

My category articles are also empty. While they should be full articles.

My headers do not display most of the content and when editing, there seems no content at all. Could be the same issue. Not sure if its a bug or not.

Try rebuilding the namespaces for Books and Categories. It's possible the URLs are not mapped for some reason -- was the VaultWiki: Server Settings space character setting changed AFTER importing? Making this change requires a manual rebuild.

      Rebuilding all namespaces doesn't help.

Could you check my forums for Wiki Books, Wiki Categories and my forum headers?

Yes, the server settings > space character wqas changed after importing, but I did rebuild all namespaces.

Okay I got your Categories back; I had to do a forum reset (this means you lost any category edits, or if the categories were in books, they need to be added again). Books was harder, I had to run a few queries. I think maybe there is a bug in the importer for books, but this is very hard to debug.

Books did not contain any text to edit because the import added comment tags, and there is a bug in the converter that removes COMMENT, NOPARSE, CODE, HTML, and PHP tags.

I restored the missing Header content, but your last-edited user will be unlinkable until a new edit is made.

It looks like the NuWiki importer doesn't format existing wiki articles. It assumes this was handled in a DM, which it appears it was not. The result is that the articles disappear on the next URL build.

Updated the NuWiki importer so that it should reformat articles if the forum wiki mode was changed by the importer.

Fixed the importer not passing $threadinfo to the post builder, which meant that namespace-specific data wasn't being generated (so no book record for books).

Fixed the converter to obfuscate NOPARSE, CODE, HTML, PHP, and COMMENT contents, rather than parse/remove the tag, and un-obfuscate to finish the conversion.

Fixed the article re-format when the parent forum of a wiki is changed. The formatter was re-formatting all threads in child forums, rather than only the child forums that were the same wiki mode. Don't know if this was affecting you, it would really only make non-articles into articles, and islands into articles, if the parent forum was a wiki-forum whose parent was changed.

Most of my forum headers content is in DIV bbcode. All content in DIV bbcode has disappeared.

      My categories now show UPDATED:Category_name
Is this one of my settings?

No, this shows that the content of a category page has changed. Since the category content was missing before, and it is now fixed, VaultWiki has detected this as a change...

OK, so this will go away in time?

Why do categories get the 'UPDATED' prefix, while wiki articles just show in bold like the rest of vb content? Is there a reasoning behind this?

I think bold is for new comments. Updated is for a content change. So yes, it will go away in time. You may just need to mark the forum read, my memory isn't great on these prefixes.

Is there anyway to disable the prefixes and to get bold titles for both content change as new comments?

Not at the moment. We will probably be getting rid of these kinds of prefixes completely in VaultWiki 4 when we have a legend for the icons.
