Fatal error after install

After uploading the files and running the install script (installation process without errors) and deleting the 'install' folder, my forum has a blank screen showing only a fatal error :

Fatal error: Only variables can be passed by reference in /public_html/test2/forum/includes/functions_forumlist.php(499) : eval()'d code on line 107

Did you download the ZIP a long time ago and waited until now to upload?

Yes, i did DL the zip on the 25th, while I now see that it was updated on the 29th.

Uploading latest build and running upgrade process seems to resolve it.
