Wiki moderation page gives database error on totally new forum i installed minutes ago.

I recently installed a forum, just a few minutes ago, vaultwiki is the very first product i added and im already getting a database error.

OK i needed to add a namespace first to fix the error, you should add an error msg for this rather than a database error

Generic "bad namespace error" shown as of 3.0.6.
