      Scroll for Link Pop-up

      Table Screwage - this was a test post, but I notice the auto-link popup requires a scroll to see it all.

      It seems like this is due to a vBulletin bug. In 4.0.8, they set:
      Code:
      .postrow { overflow: auto; }
      When they probably meant:
      Code:
      .postrow { overflow: visible; }
      I will try to find out if they did this for a reason, like an attempt to fix something else.

      Could not find a particular report that verifies why they did this, although I can imagine it might have been an IE6 fix for large images (so max-width wouldn't work) that they neglected to make IE6-specific.

      In any case, the fact that the pop-up is a child of the post means that (although unlikely at this point) it is possible for it to inherit styles from the post itself. For this reason, and now apparently for the overflow issue, the pop-up needs to become a direct child of the body tag.

      This was something we were holding off on until VaultWiki 4, but now looks like it needs to be moved up.

      Since this thread was moved and now uses post templates that don't share the issue, here's a link to a location where the problem still occurs: http://www.vaultwiki.org/threads/4517/

      Fixed for the next build. A side effect of the fix is that the Javascript for the pop-ups is slightly more efficient.
