More Tab Not Opening

When clicking the More tab, nothing happens. Moreover, viewing the DOM reveals that it contains the wrong items if the hidden tabs do not include all tabs occurring after the first.

Fixed for the next build by rewriting a bunch of CSS for increased qualification by direct descendant. Also improved the positioning of the more tab pop-up.

Please note that in order to benefit from this fix, vBulletin 3 users would have to revert their CSS templates.
