Caption Breaks Tables

When using the wiki TABLE BB-Code, adding a caption, or using crappy table syntax results in broken HTML, which is actually noticeable in Internet Explorer.

Fixed in 3.0.5 after completely rewriting the table parser. While it still supports MediaWiki syntax, it no longer parses using the same technique.
