Feral error for moving posts

Fetal error in vault/wiki/request.php on line 110

I get this error when I want to move posts in my normal forum (Not wiki!!).

Code:

Fatal error: Call to a member function fetch_instance() on a non-object in /home/handheld/public_html/forum/vault/wiki/request.php on line 110

I didn't have such problem before and so far I haven't made any changes in vaultwiki files.

The latest version is 3.0.4. This bug was already fixed several months ago.
