Weird Last Revision After Import

After importing from NuWiki or MediaWiki, the ID numbers of the current revision's previous revision are messed up. This causes issues with the character counts on Special:Recentchanges.

This is not particularly problematic, and will be avoided in VaultWiki 4 by not using lastrevisionid at all, but has been fixed for the next build.
