      White page of death after upgrade to VaultWiki 3.0.4

      Just upgraded to VW 3.0.4. due to security concerns, but am now facing the dreaded white screen of death if I leave VaultWiki enabled. When I disable the product the forums just work fine, but immediately after enabling VaultWiki the white screen of death appears. This is on vB 3.7.7. I upgraded from VaultWiki 3.0.2.
      See image for output from PHP error reporting (removed due to private info). This error only shows with VaultWiki enabled!
      (chose 3.0.3 for affected version since 3.0.4 is not an option yet)

      In AdminCP > Plugins & Products > Plugin Manager, edit the plugin at hook forumbit_subforumbit. Find:
      Code:
          special_forumbit_display($forum, 'subforumbit_', $depth, $canpost, $lastpostinfo, array(), array(), array(), array(), $string, array());
      Replace with:
      Code:
          special_forumbit_display($forum, 'subforumbit_', $depth, $canpost, $lastpostinfo, array(), array(), array(), $splitter, $string, array());

      Thanks, that worked. Unfortunately my main wiki (Wiki - Begrippen) still throws a white page. All other wiki forums seem to work fine, it's just the main namespace (and no helpful PHP error this time)
      http://www.iphoneclub.nl/forum/
      http://www.iphoneclub.nl/forum/wiki/Wiki-Begrippen

      Of course I've tried the normal routine of rebuilding namespaces, rebuild the main namespace, etc.

      Added: I just noticed a lot of the articles also cause white pages, e.g.:
      http://www.iphoneclub.nl/forum/wiki/...edsn0w-Windows

      I've put the wiki in maintenance mode for now, since this is a heavy trafficked production website and I really need to go to bed Hope you have some helpful things to check when I wake up so I can enable the wiki again.

      A file was missing from the download. Please download the ZIP again and make sure to upload vault/class/segregate.php.
