      Meta Description Bug
General forum meta description being used for all wiki pages

I'm having a problem with the meta descriptions being shown in Google, every wiki page uses the same description as my main site, rather than showing text from the wiki page itself.
I've not set any custom descriptions on the wiki pages themselves, but it seems odd that they're displaying the general sites description.

This is actually by design in vBulletin 3, but I agree that it would be better if the description is taken from the wiki text. This would be easier to accomplish elegantly if it was pushed to 3.1.

Okay this is fixed in VaultWiki 4. Note that some node types (like categories) don't have wiki text unless you add some. In cases where these nodes don't have wiki text yet, the default (site) description may still be used.
