Alphabet heading for FORUMINDEX

Alphabetized headings for FORUMINDEX index of wiki articles

Per this post, I'd like to see alphabet headings in FORUMINDEX for grouped alphabetized wiki articles. This was once a feature in nuWiki and improves overview and legibility a lot.
