Forum Location in Editor

The Forum Location drop-down in the editor is oddly placed likewise:

Forum Location: Confirm the location where you want to save the article. LOCATION
Confirm the location where you want to save the article.

Needless to say it's redundant and the first sentence doesn't fit with the overall design of the editor.
