      Hardcoded HTML
vBulletin considers hardcoded HTML a bug

Certain VaultWiki areas, such as Recentchanges, Contributions, and the Table of Contents generator, have HTML hardcoded into the functions. This limits the amount of customization that can be done at the admin level, and can drive some admins (like myself) crazy when they can't seem to find the code. Change these to templates, even if they are small and seemingly pointless.

Never mind. It would be ridiculous to add all the HTML from the parser as templates and then have to cache them. If someone ever needs to modify these, it can easily be done with a file edit or making a request for a template.

And a response again. The code in special_parse_templates() at least needed to be a template. Also added an option that hides the wiki menu created there.
