      AJAX Section editing
      Clicking save on a section does not save it

      Since upgrading to VW 3.0.3 and VB 4.0.6 PL1 I've got an issue with section editing.

      When I update a section and click the save button, nothing seems to happen. If I scroll to the bottom of the wiki article, I see

      vBulletin Message

      1. The section you are trying to edit could not be found in the current page.
      And if I refresh the article, the edit has indeed been made.

      I can replicate on New Page by clicking [Edit] in part 4, adding the word 'nice' to the end, then clicking save.

      Also, your Fake Page gives an error on load

      This only occurs when comments are set to display below the article. In vault/plugins/toolbar.php, find:
      Code:
      	if ($vbulletin->GPC['section'] < 1)
      Replace with:
      Code:
      	if ($vbulletin->GPC['section'] < 1 OR $GLOBALS['id'] == 'ca-article')
