Issue: When I open a section / chapter, a white block loads for a moment.

I can only see this happening if you are on a non-editor tab, like History, then AJAX-load the article tab and try to edit a section. You see a white background for a few seconds because the editor style is not available on the History view, so it has to be loaded at this time. Once the styles are loaded, the editor appears normal.

This was intended behavior on vBulletin 3 in VaultWiki 2. For consistency with vBulletin 4 and a smoother editing experience, as of 3.0.5, the editor style will always be loaded if the tabs are AJAX capable.
