Tabs Pressed Against Navbar

The article's tabs are right up against the navbar.

This doesn't look very nice. When viewing a wiki article, the tabs are pressed right up against the navbar. It occurs when the containing forum does not have a forum description.

Added a <br /> in this particular case. Fixed.
