Issue: vbexperience Award for wiki writers

vbexperience allows members to receive an award if they meet certain conditions.
For example: it gives Points for sticky threads that a member posted or for posts made.
It can create awards for members that have received the most points for such conditions. So it allows you create an award for members that have created the most sticky threads. Its possible to plug into the vbexperience system and many developers have done this, as its a very popular system.
I think it would promote wiki participation, if it would be possible to give a monthly Wiki Writers award.
This can be done by creating a vbexperience plugin that adds the conditions for:
- points for wiki edits.
- points for reputation received in wiki forums.
