bbcode parse bug when submitting edit to wiki entry

When I submit an edit to a wiki entry I get the following error on the transition page that says

      Code:
Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in [path]/vault/class/bbcode.php on line 715
and for some reason, it's doubling my spacing on articles.

I upgraded to 3.0.2 this morning and I just upgraded to 4.0.5 not sure if that would have anything to do with it, but I did see that the includes/class_bbcode.php was updated.

I only see this happening if you have EVERY BB-Code disabled in the wiki via the Wiki Code Manager, but it should be fixed for the next release.

I just looked at every bbcode entry in the Wiki code manager and everything looks like it's set to defaults.
