I have several acronyms as terms in my wiki, but they aren't autolinking in the posts since the upgrade to 3.0.2

We turned off automatic auto-linking of very short words in 3.0.2 because many wikis had words that were used very commonly and sometimes didn't mean the same in context. We intended to add a "Minimum Characters for Auto-Linking" setting, but unfortunately the same day we discovered the 2 security problems, so we needed to fix those and release the patch before completing the new setting.

You can change the minimum characters with a file edit until we add the setting in the next build. In vault/class/bbcode/autolink.php, find:
      Code:
      				strlen($linktitle) < 4 OR
      Replace with:
      Code:
      				strlen($linktitle) < 2 OR

Fixed in 3.0.3 by adding the setting mentioned above.
