      Missing Template namespace

Trying to set up my wiki, but I'm missing the template namespace and the template BB code, so I can't proceed with it.

It also looks like I'm missing book and header.

This is not a bug. We stopped including so many namespaces by default in 3.0.1. You can add them by using the [Add New Namespace] link.

I've tried doing that, but I then get an error saying:

      "Invalid Tag Specified"

I'm guessing that's to do with the bb tag, but there is no template BB tag, and I have no idea which one to use.

Type in the word "template"... The tag doesn't need to exist. In fact, you will get an error if you use an existing tag.

Ok, I presume it's the same for book and header as well?

Yes, but you can leave the tag blank for header.
