Articles Unlinkable After Un-Header-fying

If you have a Header namespace, and then change another namespace to the Header namespace by changing namespace functions. The old Header namespace will still not have a BB-Code, so its articles will remain unlinkable, even though it now counts as a regular content namespace.

Fixed for the next build. If the Header namespace has a custom path, it will be cleaned and used as a tag. If not, the title will be cleaned and used.
