Wiki Group Not Saved on Creation

On intial creation, a group that has "allow members to create private wiki pages" checked will not result in the group becoming a wiki group. If you edit the group after creation, then the setting works fine.

Fixed for the next build. In the mean time, re-checking the box after creation will work.
