      Edit anker position

      Hi!

Is it possible to change the position of the anchor? If I write a page with an index using [H] the jump to the section goes under the headline.

      like here: http://www.vaultwiki.org/guides/Post-Installation-Tips

      HTML Code:
      <h2 class="vw-head"><span class="top_link"></span>Change the URL of the wiki.<a name="Change-the-URL-of-the-wiki"></a></h2>
      Better:
      HTML Code:
      <h2 class="vw-head"><span class="top_link"></span><a name="Change-the-URL-of-the-wiki"></a>Change the URL of the wiki.</h2>

For the next build, the anchor will be moved before the text. This should prevent the TOC from jumping to below the text when it spans multiple lines.
