Missing vB3 icon

Hi,

The following icons does not exist in vw3.0.0:

Code:

/vault/images/icon/vb3_sub-wiki_page_old.gif /vault/images/redirectrtl.png /vault/images/icon/vb3_sub-island_page_old.gif

The missing icon can be noticed using Google Chrome for sub wiki forums.

The list of missing icons has been updated with this:

You should have at least 1 old.gif of sub-island and sub-wiki type. Simply copy that same image to the missing filenames. The "old" images are all the same, but vB expects them to be separate files for some reason.
