Issue: Nested Chapter Navigation Confusing

When using chapter navigation in nested books, it becomes somewhat confusing, because rather than go to the next page as if the entire nest were a book, it goes to the next page in the current level - which is more 3D like a popup book. While this behavior makes sense given the structure of nested books, it's confusing for people who in real life only ever read books in 2 dimensions.

After 24 hours of headaches, punching the keyboard, rewriting the same 100 lines over multiple times, and having to add a few more queries (sorry it's still faster than the old method that included this bug), this has been fixed for the next build.
